What Nourish is — and is not

Nourish is a nutrition and behaviour coaching companion for adults using GLP-1 medication, built around the Notice · Nourish · Nurture framework. It offers general wellbeing and coaching support only.

Nourish is not a medical device and does not provide medical, clinical, or pharmaceutical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, or monitor any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional care. Always follow the guidance of your doctor, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare professional regarding your medication and health. If you have an urgent health concern, contact your healthcare provider or emergency services.

Who can use Nourish

You must be 18 or over to use Nourish. By creating an account you confirm that you are, and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed without your permission. You can ask us to delete your account at any time — see the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Please use Nourish only for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose. Do not misuse the service — for example by attempting to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully.

Your content

The journal entries, check-ins, and other information you enter remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process that information to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

Nourish is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis during this early stage. We may change, suspend, or withdraw features, and the service may be unavailable from time to time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nourish is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for decisions you make about your health or medication based on general coaching content in the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law. This is an early draft and will change as the product and our legal review progress. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
